Technology is extremely useful, but it can also be highly distracting. There are so many things that we do on our phones, laptops, tablets, etc., that sometimes it can be hard to put down the devices. This is even hard at the time when a technology break may be the most important. The first thing that happens when you use devices before bedtime is that blue light tricks your brain into thinking that it is day, and it stops sending signals for your body to produce melatonin, which is the hormone that makes you sleepy. They also are addicting, and they trigger your brain to release dopamine, which is the hormone associated with pleasure. Every time your phone buzzes or dings, you may feel the urge to pull out your phone to check it because there is a possibility that it is something that you want. Easy Resources to Start Coding

Over the past two or so years, I have wanted to be able to code websites and apps from scratch. The problem was, I didn't really know where to start. Most of what I found was places to code that required you to already have experience. I didn't want to watch a video tutorial because I prefer to learn by actually practicing the thing I'm trying to learn. Since then, I have found a number of free websites that have very good beginner programs. I came across the website CodeCademy.com and found that they have very comprehensive beginner tutorials. On their website, you can pick from a variety of different courses for many different languages of code. I started with the Fundamentals of HTML and CSS course. Throughout the lessons, there are easy to understand instructions. Most of the exercises are challenging but doable. Since then, I have taken their Python, Javascript and GitHub courses. 15-Inch MacBook Pro 2018 Review

In 2016, there wasn't much difference between the 13 and 15-inch Pro models except that the 15-inch model had a more powerful graphics processor, and a larger display. This year's 15-inch model breaks away from the 13-inch laptop in several ways, but keeps the same price tag (starting at $2399). Previous model MacBook Pro users will be jealous of this new device. Size, Weight, and Color Measuring 13.75 inches wide, and 9.48 inches deep, it doesn't have a much bigger footprint than the 13-inch model. It is also only a fraction of an inch thicker, at 0.61 inches. It weighs about a full pound more, but depending on the configuration, this can vary a little bit. This laptop only comes in two boring colors, Silver and Space Gray, there hasn't been a Mac laptop that comes in any other colors besides the regular MacBook that also comes in Gold and Rose Gold.
